Our Mission

Guardian Dietitian started with a simple goal: to cut through nutrition myths, push back on diet culture, and to help patients achieve a healthy relationship with food and their bodies - for life. 

Guardian Dietitan was born out of a strong desire to help others develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. 


At Guardian Dietitian, we don't believe in fad diets or quick fixes.


Instead, we advocate for evidence-based, gradual lifestyle changes, which have been shown to create long-term mental and physical health benefits.

We believe in our patients being the experts of their own bodies and promote patient-centered, individualised care.

We are neurodiversity-affirming and we support our patients with a strengths-based approach, focusing on abilities, knowledge and capacities.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and are proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly.
