We are professionals

We work hard to ensure you receive quality care and a high level of support. We are University Master's level Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinicians (CEDC). We have passed extensive hospital and private-practice based assessments and supervision and have been engaging in continued professional development for 10+ years to maintain our professional status. We are dedicated professional members of Dietitians Australia, National Eating Disorders Collaboration and Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders.

Tailored, personalised approach and inclusive nutrition care

There is no one-size-fits-all diet and that's why patient-centered care is at the heart of everything that we do. We will meet you where you are, without judgement, and take into account your personal barriers, lifestyle preferences, medical history and mental health status and tailor a nutrition plan that is actionable for you.

Our Dietitians manage nutrition care across different genders and age groups including adult men and women, pregnant women, babies, toddlers, children and adolescents.

We are neuroaffirming and welcome people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+. We are suportive and inclusive and very good listeners.

We are not a free service

Dietitians study just as hard as architects, doctors and lawyers and provide a service that can truly make a difference to your quality of life. We charge private fees because we put in large amounts of time and effort into our profession and we apply our expertise to develop the best plan for you. We recommend contacting your local community health centre if your circumstances require a free dietetics service.
