Lane Edwards
Founder, Accredited Practising Dietitian
Lane is the founder of Guardian Dietitian and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a passion for public health and education.
Lane graduated with a Master of Dietetic Practice from La Trobe University and has completed a Bachelor of Health Science with Research Honours at the University of Tasmania.
Lane is passionate about educating and supporting emerging dietitians and improving the health and well-being of Australians through helping them establish a healthier relationship with food, their bodies and the environment.

Lane has completed ANZAED credentialed training in Eating Disorders which is based on the core skills of screening, professional responsibility, assessment, nutrition diagnosis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation.
Rahaf Bojeh
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Rahaf holds a Master of Dietetics and Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences from Deakin University.
After developing an interest in nutrition and dietetics at a young age, Rahaf learned early about how a person's eating habits could affect their health, and how so many chronic diseases can be prevented or managed through dietary intervention.
Rahaf has joined Guardian Dietitian to spread her learned messages and to support others along their journey to better health.

Catherine Fallon
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Catherine holds a Master of Dietetic Practice and Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University. She is currently undertaking a diploma in Sustainable Living at the University of Tasmania.

Catherine is a passionate Dietitian and Exercise Scientist on a mission to help people improve their relationship with food and movement through developing balanced and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Catherine joined Guardian Dietitian to help everyday people navigate the scientific evidence around the key pillars of health - food, mood, movement, social connection and sleep.

Paridhi Tuli
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Discover a new dimension of health and wellbeing through food with Paridhi, our recently graduated dietitian from Deakin University. Combining nutrition and population health expertise, she brings a holistic approach to empower individuals and communities toward positive lifestyle changes.
Paridhi is passionate about sustainability and mindful eating, making health not just about personal choices but also their impact on the environment and community.
With a background rich in Indian descent, Paridhi infuses her expertise with a delightful array of herbs and spices, making nutrition an exciting and flavorful adventure. Grounded in evidence-based practices, Paridhi collaborates closely with clients, supporting them throughout their wellness journey.

Sara Bamford
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Sara is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. She additionally holds a Master of Human Nutrition and Bachelor of Advanced Science.
Her experience working as a nutritionist in community and hospital settings has fuelled her passion for chronic disease management and empowering others with evidence-based nutrition knowledge.
Sara is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment to explore and understand your unique health goals. With a firm belief that food is to be enjoyed first and foremost, she takes a non-diet approach to her consultations.
Sara looks forward to working with you to optimise your overall health and wellbeing.
Cassie Muscat
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Cassie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, and holds both a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in nutrition and health promotion) from Deakin University.
Cassie practices with a size inclusive approach to nutrition and helps people rediscover the joy of food to improve their health, energy and self confidence.
Cassie strives to understand the person as a whole and collaborates closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
By cultivating a sincere and non-judgmental space, Cassie facilitates open discussions about nutrition concerns, making her clients feel heard and valued.
Cassie has a particular interest in working with gut health, disordered eating and body image concerns.
